Shipping Policy

Home and Tools Express ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $100 when it is displayed at checkout. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and any applicable charges are shown before payment.

Order processing begins after payment authorization. Processing and delivery timing may vary based on inventory availability, order size, destination, carrier requirements, weekends, and holidays. Open-box products may require a final inspection before shipment.

Some oversized, heavy, battery-powered, or restricted items may have special shipping requirements or may not be available for every destination. If we cannot ship an order as placed, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected order.

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Products in one order may ship separately.

For delivery issues, damaged items, missing items, or address changes, contact us promptly with your order number.
