Return and Refund Policy

Home and Tools Express offers returns within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To start a return, contact us at homeandtoolsexpress@gmail.com or 470-834-1197 with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending an item back.

To be eligible, items must be returned in substantially the same condition received, with the parts, accessories, and packaging that were included. Open-box items may have non-original packaging or minor cosmetic wear as disclosed on the product page; the listing description and photographs identify what is included.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference-based returns. If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly so we can provide an appropriate resolution.
